Ruchi Rastogi Warrier, MIA, MBA

I am a leadership & life coach, social impact strategist, and facilitator who invigorates leaders and organizations to build and sustain thriving cultures by providing individual and group coaching, and customized services in designing, leading, and facilitating innovative approaches to deliver meaningful impact. I work with leaders, teams, and organizations to explore culture, processes and practices to address systemic barriers to a diverse, equitable and inclusive (DEI) world. I am a strategic systems thinker who is committed to transformative social change through collaborative partnerships, a deep understanding of community assets and strengths, alongside practical and efficient business planning.

I have over 20 years of experience in organizational development, strategy, leadership coaching and development, international development and operations management spanning business, non-profit, and public organizations in education & youth development, health, pharma, advocacy, and philanthropy.

As Director of Organizational Development with the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, I supported executive leadership and boards across Orange County and San Diego Boys & Girls Clubs to strengthen the impact of programming and operations in service of today’s youth and tomorrow’s leaders. Prior to founding Strategy and  Seva, a leadership coaching and consulting practice, I served as Director at Tarsadia Foundation and Executive Administrator for Orange County Funders Roundtable (now OC Grantmakers). A member of the Leadership Team at global social impact consultancy FSG, I served as an Associate Director – Consulting, and the Chief Organization Development Officer leading talent management, recruiting, administration, human resources, and facilitating leadership and culture development activities. I began my career in social impact consulting at The Boston Consulting Group, where I served clients in the pharmaceutical industry, international philanthropy, and city governments. My non-profit experience includes international programmatic and strategy work with the National Alliance of State and Territorial Directors, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, International Center for Equal Healthcare Access and Acumen Fund working with partners in Asia and Africa.

I am a Founding Board Member of the National Asian American Community Foundation (now Asian American Futures) and previously served on the Board of Orange County Congregation Community Organization. I hold an MBA and an M.A. in International Affairs from Columbia University, and a B.A. in Development Studies from the University of California, Berkeley. I am a certified coach with the Academy of Creative Coaching and a member of the International Coach Federation.
